Highly Recommended

rogan josh

last night, i feasted at a new indian restaurant in orem called kohinoor.  i had the lamb dish rogan josh.  not josh rogan, host of fear factor.  nor is the food scary like in fear factor.  it is delicious, and everyone else that was there was similarly enthusiastic of their dishes as well.  we also tried the rose lassi, which is a rose flavored yogurt drink.  imagine how a rose smells, now make it sweet and yogurty, and that is about how it tastes.  i thought this rose lassi was better than the rose lassi i've had at the bombay house, my previous favorite indian restaurant in utah valley.  they are both pretty awesome, but i love the fact that kohinoor is right next to where i live.  anyone looking to experience legit indian cuisine, go try out kohinoor.  you won't regret it.  even my super picky friends (andy and paige, good job) enjoyed it.  and special thanks go to my roommates, who paid for it for my birthday.  much love to you honkies :).  it may be because i'm really hungry right now, but i can almost smell and taste it again.  gotta get back there.

A Reason to like McDonald's

the new fruit and maple oatmeal at mcdonald's is delicious.  with fresh and dried fruits mixed into a brown sugar and maple flavored oatmeal, it really is awesome.  tasty, healthy, inexpensive, and just the right size, i really can't think of anything else as good at mcdonald's.  the only thing i ever have actually gone out of my way to get at mcdonald's before this was the sausage egg biscuit w/hashbrown and oj.  now, burger king and carl's junior have them too.  so it is a timely thing that mcdonald's brought out something else that i can crave.  i've been to mcdonald's 4 or 5 times this last couple of weeks, especially to get this stuff.  go, eat it.  and sell your delicious soul to the evil empire.
